To all interested construction companies:
Beach Baptist Church is looking for a qualified construction company who can provide help with a repair and renovation of our buildings. Beach Baptist Church owns multiple buildings that were damaged by Hurricane Ian and needs assistance with the repair and funding process. Beach Baptist Church is looking for a company who can agree to perform the following services, including but not limited to:
- Help with identifying the details of damages sustained by the Hurricane,
- Help with identifying the repair work needed and any recommendations for improvements to prevent future similar damages,
- Help with review of documents and estimates and technical discussions with our insurance company,
- Help with advice with applications to FEMA, the Small Business Association, and the State of Florida for funding to complete repairs,
- Preparation of any needed design documents and permits for construction work
- Conduct all construction work with funds made available and within the established budget and schedule,
- Help with paperwork and other documents needed to satisfy any funds or grants obtained.
